Strength in Girls is an 8-week session designed to help young females (9-13 years) navigate the world of fitness and social pressures. They meet with Coach Kim 2x a week on Tuesday and Thursdays from 5:30-7:30PM at Fit City Kids. The class is split into 2 portions. The first half will cover workouts where they’re learning how to move their body effectively and efficiently while introducing them to various forms of weights and equipment. The second half of class will be a workshop where we discuss different topics each week, including:

*Fueling our Body
*Social Media
*Types of Stress and Ways to Work through it
*Body Awareness and Self Talk
*Practice and Planning: Setting Ourselves Up for Success

Tuition covers all 8 weeks
