One on One and Buddy Training


Get the most out of your young athlete’s training through tailored programming specific to their needs and with the undivided attention of an experienced coach. Choose between 30 or 60 minute sessions; one on one or buddy.  That’s right, your child can train with their sibling, best friend, or even you right beside them. This is a great option for those who aren’t sure where to get started, might feel more comfortable working out individually as opposed to a group setting, have specific goals or needs, or just need that extra push from an expert accountability coach/mentor. Sports Training


For the young athlete’s that are looking to either start up or take their game to the next level.  We offer sports specific training in several disciplines depending on what your level and goals are.  Most sports training will be 60min sessions unless otherwise requested.  Can be done individually, buddy, or in small group.

Virtual Training

Can’t make it, or not ready to be in person? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Family Bootcamps

Family Boot Camp is our ultimate goal of having families be active together, while having FUN! This hour long class will utilize teamwork, friendly competition and teach functional skills for all fitness levels. Kids must be 5 or older. Classes will utilize a mixture of body weight and weighted exercises.

Adults: $15

Kids: $10
