Class tuition is based on a full month enrollment, meeting once per week on the designated day.
Classes run continuously Month-to-Month with a one month commitment.

Get ready to run, pass, and score! Our Flag Football class introduces kids to the exciting, fast rising game of flag football in a supportive environment. Designed for ages 8 – 14, this program focuses on skill development, teamwork, and confidence-building.
Children will learn fundamental football skills including throwing, catching, route running, defensive positioning, and flag pulling. Each class combines skill drills, agility training, and organized scrimmages so athletes can apply what they’ve learned in real game situations.
Whether your child is brand new to the sport or looking to sharpen their abilities, our experienced coach will provide age-appropriate instruction and positive encouragement to help your child succeed and have fun!
Speed and Agility is designed to work on athletic positioning, footwork skills, running mechanics, ground-contact time, and more to help make your athlete become more surefooted for their desired sports. We will be utilizing agility ladders, hurdles, cones, plyo boxes, and more.
In this fun, active and constantly changing class, kids will get to try their hand at a new sport every week! This class will help kids develop overall athletic ability as well as determine which sports truly spark their interest.
specialized program designed for young girls to discover their athletic potential through variety and play. We’ve created a sport-specific version of our signature Strength in Girls class to help girls experience the excitement of being part of a team without the pressure of committing to just one sport.
By rotating through different sports every two weeks, participants build a broad foundation of physical literacy while developing the confidence to try new things. Our mission is to ensure every girl becomes a “master of movement” while keeping her creativity and joy at the forefront of her fitness journey.
